Hawaii Offroad Association

The Hawaii Offroad Association (HOA) is a non-profit, statewide organization of OHV enthusiasts. To date, the HOA has over 600 members and is growing. Its primary goal is to establish more Off-highway vehicle recreation facilities and trails, for use by off-highway vehicles such as dirt bikes and all-terrain vehicles (ATV), in each of the counties throughout the state of Hawaii.
